1- How long does it take to make a mascot costume?
4-5 weeks for production plus 7-14 days for shipping.
2- What files do I need to provide?
Send us a vector logo (AI, EPS, or PDF), reference picture of the character, or your design brief.
3- What size actor does the mascot fit?
We offer standard and fully custom sizing for all body types.
4- Is shipping included?
Yes, shipping is included in all pricing.
5- Can I Add Cooling or Comfort Features to My Mascot?
Yes, air-conditioning systems and cooling vests are available as add-ons.
6- What are the payment terms?
We require a 50% deposit to start production, with the remaining 50% due before shipping. Full payment of 100% is accepted upfront.
7- Can I approve the design before production?
Yes! We will provide you with finished product photos for your approval before shipping.
