Custom Plush Toys — Mythos Group
Mythos Group custom plush toys are designed and manufactured with quality and durability in mind. If you experience an issue with your plush toy, please contact Mythos Group so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
Warranty Coverage
Every custom plush toy sold by Mythos Group is covered by a warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 24 months from the date of shipment.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with stitching, seams, fabric, stuffing, or other materials. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper care or cleaning, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or normal deterioration over time.
Step 1: The Client must contact Mythos Group in writing, providing a description of the issue along with clear photographs showing the defect.
Step 2: The Client must obtain written authorization from Mythos Group before returning the plush toy. Returns made without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Step 3: The Client shall return the plush toy at its own cost unless the defect is reported within 14 days of delivery. Upon inspection, Mythos Group may, at its discretion, repair or replace the plush toy if the issue is covered under the warranty.
Return Policy
All Mythos Group custom plush toys are made to the Client’s individual specifications. As each plush toy is custom-made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in the case of a valid warranty claim.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Deposits are non-refundable. Orders cancelled after confirmation, including orders cancelled during production, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Warranty-related returns require prior written authorization from Mythos Group before any plush toy is returned. Please refer to the How to Make a Warranty Claim section above for the applicable procedure.
Limitation of Liability
- Mythos Group’s obligations under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the affected plush toy, at Mythos Group’s discretion.
- Mythos Group shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of income, personal injury, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, or misuse of its products.
- Nothing in this clause limits any rights the Client may have under applicable law.
