Custom Mascot Costumes — Mythos Group
Mythos Group mascot costumes are designed and manufactured for long-term use. If you experience an issue with your mascot costume, please contact Mythos Group so that an appropriate solution can be arranged.
Warranty Coverage:
Every mascot costume sold by Mythos Group is covered by a warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 24 months from the date of shipment.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

How to Make a Warranty Claim/
Step 1: The Client must contact Mythos Group in writing, providing a description of the issue and clear photographs of the defect.
Step 2: The Client must obtain written authorisation from Mythos Group before returning any goods. Returns made without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Step 3: The Client shall return the item at its own cost unless the defect is reported within 14 days of delivery. Mythos Group may, at its discretion, repair or replace the item.
Return Policy
All Mythos Group products are made to the Client’s individual specifications. As each item is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted except in the case of a valid warranty claim.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS — ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Deposits are non-refundable. Orders cancelled after confirmation, including during production, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Warranty returns require prior written authorisation before any item is returned. See the claims procedure above.
Limitation of Liability
- Mythos Group’s obligations under this warranty are limited to the repair or replacement of the affected product.
- Mythos Group shall not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of income, personal injury, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products.
- Nothing in this clause limits any rights the Client may have under Singapore law.
